Welcome to BRAGS ~ the best deal in Birmingham area golf  

 

Our purpose is to promote fellowship and friendly competition.  

 

We had another fine turnout on a rather warm day (whew!) at Riverchase Country Club.
 
RCC boasts one of designer Joe Lee's most breathtaking and challenging courses, a unique 18-hole course totaling 6,842 yards/par 72 with lakes, rivers, and rolling hills all coming into play.  The panoramic course has attracted celebrity golfers from aound the globe and has made RCC the venue for prestigious events at all levels. 
 
Congratulations to all the winners. The results are posted on the Scoreboard. 
 
Our next tournament is at Timberline Golf Club on July 14th. The registration form has been changed to reflect this event.  
 Note: The Hoover tournament that was canceled last March has been resceduled for Tuesday, October 6th. The tournament details will remain the same. 
Members      Membership is open to any golfer fifty years old or older who is a dues paying member of a country club (golf club) in and around the Birmingham, Alabama area.

Activities      The association secures substantial discounts on green fees at courses throughout the Birmingham area for  tournaments starting in early spring and ending in the late fall.
